In the wake of recent criminal activity in our area, we want to take this opportunity to advise our customers of the advantage of having Cellular Back up installed to your existing security system.
The Cellular Back up will enable your system to report any Burglar or Fire signals in the event the phone line is cut by a potential burglar. Please call us at 570-253-6100 or 1-800-724-4847 for details.
CCTV Customers:
Please be advised that you should take precautions to secure your recording equipment. We are recommending that any entry doors/windows to rooms where the equipment is located be locked and secure. Steel enclosures are also available. Please call us for details.
Dispatches of Emergency Personnel
Please be aware that excessive dispatches of emergency personnel can result in fines by local police or fire districts. Although we can see your alarm history as we check all accounts daily, we have no way of determining if the alarm(s) were false or real. Being proactive is the best response.
If you feel that you have experienced a false alarm, call our office or the central monitoring station right away. Place the "falsing" zone on test for the length of time it takes to arrange for a service call or to fix the issue. To place your account on test, you will need your password-ask the tech or operator to cancel pending dispatches ASAP.
Be aware that loose door or window locks can cause issues as well as dirty smoke detectors. Keeping in touch is the best way to work together to prevent excessive fines. Scheduling annual system tests is a good way to ensure that your system is working properly. Also, please note that anyone with access to your home or business should have a valid password so that he/she may prevent a dispatch. Additionally, please keep your contact information up to date.
